Do you require a deposit for appointments and what is your cancellation policy?

At this time I do not require deposits to hold appointments. I kindly ask that you give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. 

Should I wash my hair before my color appointment? 

Yes, please come with hair that has been washed within 48 hours of your appointment. Super clean hair is not necessary but if there is build up of oils and product on your hair it could affect the color.

What can I expect during my appointment?

At the beginning of our service we will have a thorough consultation and I will answer any questions you may have. During your service you may read a book, work on your laptop, be on your phone, close your eyes or we could get to know each other! It's up to you! Feel free to bring a snack or eat a meal at your appointment. Some appointments are lengthy and I want you to be comfortable. Towards the end of your service I will educate you on how best to take care of your hair, style it and recommend products.
